A budget is needed to plan our financial and one of the benefits that we get from it is, it helps us avoiding the financial debts troubles.

Firstly, just create a list of your monthly income and expenses. Housing, transportation, utilities, food, alimony, child support, bank loan or other important payments and make them your top priority. This really helps you from making outstanding payments and over spending. Write down other expenses such as entertainment and determine whether your income covers all of your expenses. If the answer is no, then some expenses need to be reduced. Don’t forget about your monthly savings too because you might need it for an emergency.  Determine whether you need to add new categories. This will avoid you from using credit which can quickly damage you budget.

So what is finance? Finance is how does we manage the funds. It’s sound simple right, but that is the hardest part for people to do. Most of them do not know how to spend and make a budget plan for their money. So starting from now on, we have to know where and how our money are spent and try to make our own budget plan for a better future.
